Voters and Voting

Teaching an undergraduate course on voting behavior, the author discovered there was no appropriate text for her class, because much of the work on voting theory was scattered through the literature and assumed the reader was well grounded in context. Here, she draws on that material for an introduction to electoral theory, providing chapters on so
